Listed below are software applications that I wrote for AFOSI Region 1:


  • ALPHATRAK - Automated the monthly alpha roster received from Military Personnel and Civilian Personnel offices (.Csv or .Xls format) into a simpler database format. Generates several commonly used AFOSI forms. User definable queries can be applied to the database listbox and all reports to limit information to a specific topic (e.g. show all E-4's and below that are between 19-22 years of age that are of AFSC 645X0).   • DEPORTTRAK - I wrote this database application for the AFOSI detachment located at Lajes Field, Azores, to track people that have been deported from the United States back to the Azores. A photograph can be assigned to each database record (for BOLO reports). Download the installer HERE.
  • EAGLETRAK - Provided an automated means of tracking Eagle Eyes contacts. Statistical reports for reporting contacts for a user-defined period of time and several reporting options to 'divvy up' Eagle Eyes contacts that need to be recontacted are available. Download the installer HERE.
  • PHONETRAK: Provide an efficient method of tracking contact information. Generate specialized phone lists that are more suitable to how information is remembered. Password protected database for user accounts and passwords. Separate database for web sites. Store email distribution lists. Copy email address from database to the Windows clipboard.   • VISITTRAK - Provided an automated means of tracking installation foreign visitors. Really two applications in one, as a password protected menu option provides Administration level access to a vast number of features to import data, generate specialized crosstab and filtered reports, and delete unwanted database entries.  Download the installer HERE.
